Quietoode provides WordPress template development services for clients. We develop custom templates based on clients’ specifications and requirements. However, it is important to note that we are not responsible for the content, activities, or usage of the website once the template has been delivered to the client.

    • Template Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with WordPress templates, including CSS styling issues, JavaScript conflicts, and PHP errors.
    • Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Compatibility Testing: Testing WordPress templates across various web browsers and devices to ensure consistent and optimal performance and display.
    • Responsive Design Optimization: Optimizing WordPress templates for responsiveness, ensuring that websites adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices.

  4. Client Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for the content, data, and activities hosted on their WordPress website. This includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, links, and any other materials posted or uploaded to the website.
  5. Third-Party Content and Services: The client may choose to integrate third-party content, services, or applications into their website. Quietoode does not endorse, control, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any third-party content or services.
  6. No Endorsement or Liability: Quietoode does not endorse, monitor, or assume any responsibility for the content or activities of client websites. We disclaim any liability for damages or losses arising from the client’s use of their website, including but not limited to content accuracy, copyright infringement, or legal compliance.
  7. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold quietoode harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the WordPress template or their website’s content and activities.
  8. Acceptance of Risk: By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with website ownership, including but not limited to content management, security vulnerabilities, and legal compliance.
  9. Service Fees and Payment Terms Clients agree to pay Quietoode the fees specified for the services provided. Payment terms are agreed to on a case by case basis.
  10. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights related to the WordPress templates and debugging services provided by Quietoode may remain the property of Quietoode unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  11. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing Quietoode with necessary access credentials, materials, and timely feedback to facilitate the provision of services.
  12. Delivery and Turnaround Time Quietoode will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, turnaround times may vary depending on the scope of work and client responsiveness.
  13. Refunds and Cancellations Refunds are issued at the discretion of Quietoode.
  14. Confidentiality Quietoode agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information and project details unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  15. Limitation of Liability Quietoode shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, within the bounds of applicable law.
  16. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
  17. Modifications to Terms Quietoode reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on our website.
